Unicode character search Print E-mail
Friday, 03 July 2009

In eDition publications it is now possible to search words coded in Unicode, in non-Latin alphabets within the same publication. That means that text in publication can be in different alphabets (Greek alphabet, Cyrillic, Hebrew...) and search will work. Pretty useful for multilanguage catalogs, isn’t it?

Below are some examples to try it out with. Mark and copy a name from the left column,  paste the name into the search word field in the sample publication, and start the search.
